Jenny Carlsson

Jenny joined Zacco in 2019 and has worked with IP since 2008. She is a European Patent Attorney and an Authorized Patent Attorney (Sweden). Prior to joining Zacco Jenny worked at two other private practice IP firms. Jenny also has experience as a temporary in-house patent counsel at a company in the automotive industry and at a research institute.

She holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Biology and a PhD in Applied Physics from Linköping University.

Jenny works primarily with drafting and prosecutions of patent applications and strategic counselling in IP matters in the fields of life science, medtech, chemistry, material technology, battery technology, and mechanics. She is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPI).

Jenny has repeatedly been ranked on Managing IP’s Rising Stars in IP list which recognises some of the best up-and-coming IP practitioners in private practice.
